Dane Blacklock and the Preacher’s Daughter’s annual interactive Halloween party extravaganza

All Hallows’ Eve approaches! The veil grows thin! Abandon repression, embrace desire and warm your bones by the devil’s fire with the world’s first satanic gospel cabaret experience, Dane Blacklock and the Preacher’s Daughter.

They will be joined by fellow cult leaders Glitoris, The Neptune Power Federation and The Omega Point, plus a hellish coterie of costumed actors, rovers, circus freaks and other dark delights, embracing All Hallows’ Eve and inviting you to imbibe the dark energy of wonton abandon. Formal attire crossed with classic Halloween spookery is a must.

Ripe from campaigns at Dark Mofo, Questival, Goldfields Gothic and the upcoming Thrashville, Dane Blacklock and the Preacher’s Daughter have been winning converts to their orgiastic brand of unholy worship.

Tumescent from their eponymous sophomore album 'Glitoris', and a triumphant lap of the country with Regurgitator, Glitoris is a fast and frenetic band full of fun femme fury, blending on-point politics with sardonic wit, all wrapped up in an art-punk-pop-rock powerhouse of feminist glory \*/

The Neptune Power Federation bring the sacrament of high energy lysergic rock, administered by mesmerising space witch, The Imperial Priestess. They will also be offering as sonic sacrifice the launch of their new compilation album “Hidden Hymns Of The Underworld” available on the night.

The Omega Point are one of Naarm’s most intriguing.  Fusing electronic music with performative storytelling and video art, The Omega point contemplate how to capture the traces of humanity within an accelerating technological culture, in particular our unique ability to seek meaning and purpose through myth creation, ritual, song and dance.

Descending unto The Brunswick Ballroom on Saturday 28th of October for a venue wide immersive, inclusive, night of hellish debauchery. The Devil’s Ball will include interactive performances throughout the Brunswick Ballroom with outrageous freakdom in abundance. Dress up (prizes for the most devilish!), get down, sink into weirdness, and have a ball.
