BENDIGO HOTEL - UPSTAIRS BANDROOM

Get ready for a WILD NIGHT of searing surf guitars and riotous garage punk rock 'n' roll!!

THE CTHULUS (NZ)

The first time hitting Oz shores for NZ surf rock legends THE CTHULUS. Think heavy, reverb-drenched Dick Dale style surf guitar shredding, combined with a with dark, oceanic horror vibe inspired by the 1920's Weird Tales stories of H.P. Lovecraft and Clark Ashton Smith. A tidal wave of surf instro-mental mayhem that'll keep you coming up for air!

THE STRIPP

THE STRIPP are a high-energy, turbo charged rock 'n' roll machine unleashing a rapid-fire barrage of high-voltage guitars and bulldozer riffs. Fronted by Bek Taylor, best described as the love child of Joan Jett and Lemmy Kilmister, the band’s unique heavy style, captivating live shows and extensive touring has gained them a reputation as one of Australia's finest, high-energy rock 'n' roll bands.

BURNING EFFIGY

Like the sneering mutant love child of Fred Cole and Roky Erickson, BURNING EFFIGY mix sub-Stoogean garage punk chuggery with power-pop sensibilities and a cow-punk edge. The group features members of The Cavemen, Antics and Doe St, making this a stable of thoroughbred rock 'n' roll cretins… so don’t miss their shocking debut performance!

DJ's MISS DOM & JOHNNY DAMBUSTER (NZ)

Special guest DJ legends from Auckland spinning original garage punk, psyche and surf vinyl to keep your night cranking!

A BIG NIGHT OF RIFFS FOR THE BENDI 1 YEAR REVIVAL ANNIVERSAIRY!

The Bendi’s revival has been fuelled by the bands, punters, and community who never let it go - so we’ve added an extra night of riffs & resurrection to the anniversary weekend.

Double-headliner onslaught featuring doom lords Mammons Throne and the crushing return of brutal death-hardcore force Algor Mortis, support from black/death thrashers Munitions and blackened punk Who Bastard.

𝐌𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧'𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐞 - Haunting Funeral Doom melodies meet crushing Sludge and Death grooves before taking flight in searing blackened crescendos whilst roaring, growling bass lurks beneath, all backed by a furious drumming assault. At the forefront are a chilling and diverse range of vocal styles ranging from mournful laments to cavernous growls and banshee shrieks.

𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬 - From the guts of Melbourne’s underground, Algor Mortis spilled forth as a nasty amalgamation of brutal death metal and beatdown hardcore. With slamming riffs and guttural vocals of an inhuman level, the band quickly made a name for themselves since forming in 2020 as a visceral recovery outlet for vocalist Cecilia Keane, with her leadership determined to let nothing stand in their way.

𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - Fast Death Metal / Blackened Thrash Riffage. Melbourne, Australia. Featuring seasoned Aussie metal musos from bands such as Join The Amish, Nemesium, Desecrator, Vulture Culture, MYC, Blunt Shovel, Shallow Grave, Embodied, Dawn of Retribution and more.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐝 - A feral brood form Melbourne, blending the ruthless aggression of black metal with raw punk hostility. Their sound is a collision of relentless drums, evil rifs and wretched screams, all delivered with unhinged intensity.

Don’t sleep on tickets, get yours before they’re gone!
