After an absence from live work, The Creature from Outer Bass is re-engaging with his audience while introducing great new material and awesome “hard to believe” new sounds.

Well-known for his virtuosity, The Creature from Outer Bass offers a broad palette of originals and cover songs ranging from rock, neo-classical, pop, ambient, funk, progrock, & experimental music.

The Creature from Outer Bass gained notoriety as the founding member and bassist for Melbourne Fusion group ‘The Banned”, his appearances on Hey, Hey it’s Saturday, ABC’s Countdown (with Margaret Urlich), many national and local radio performances, rave reviews in American Guitar Player magazine, and the Melbourne live scene. Originally signed to the Wheatley Organisation (The Banned), The Creature from Outer Bass has also worked as a ‘bass for hire’ musician on many projects including session work, advertising, tribute & cover bands but is now concentrating exclusively on his own artistry as a singer/songwriter with a unique connection to his chosen instrument.
