Taxiride look forward to playing the entire album plus a few rare tracks and greatest hits in this ONE-NIGHT-ONLY show at MEMO Music Hall. Written in Melbourne and recorded in Los Angeles, Taxiride’s first album Imaginate debuted at Number 1 on the Australian charts and achieved Double Platinum status.

Inspired by harmony rich sound of the 60s, it launched 4 singles including the memorable ‘Get Set’ and ‘Everywhere You Go’ (the most played Australian song on the radio for 2000).

On the back of that album Taxiride toured the US, Japan, Europe, New Zealand and of course Australia.

In a one-off anniversary performance, Taxiride will play Imaginate in full plus B-sides and hits from their second album, and also feature special guests.

The band are looking forward to re-exploring the album that began it all.
