Melbourne songstress Tanya-Lee Davies is a heart seeking missile who specialises in dreamy pop, country folk with attitude sounds. She found her psychic home and inspiration in the sounds of Laurel Canyon, Nashville and early 70’s New York.

Her latest album Dreamland, a lock down love child, is a glamorous recounting of late night arrivals and departures form the Honeymoon suite, contemplations on seasons, magic and tender reflections of holy and unholy renewal held together by acoustic folk and tremolo rich electric guitars, pedal steel, tambourines, haunting harmonies and shimmering vibraphone, with the warm honey tones of TLD’s unmistakeable vocals guiding you deep into the magic.

Returning to the atmospheric George Lane to launch her new lux album, she’s joined on stage with her glorious band; Amy Valent Curtis - vibraphone and percussion, Jo To - bass, James Gilligan - pedal steel, Stella Anning - guitar, Michaela Burke - drums, and the golden voices of Julie O’Hara and Maryanne Dihayco adding extra dream to the soundscape; with very special guests Sherry Rich and Rick Plant opening the night and a surprise appearance by Gina Hearnden.
