Direct from Jamaica, Stranger Cole, a pioneer of ska music will be appearing live at George Lane. Stranger recorded his first single in 1962 and continues to bring his infectious zest for life to his live shows.

Still in demand around the world, Stranger has already completed a European Tour in 2022. His contributions to the Jamaican music industry have been well documented and recognised by the Jamaican government.

He was the face and voice of the documentary Rocksteady; Roots of Reggae and his back catalogue spans R&B, ska, rocksteady and reggae grooves. Backing Stranger, in what will be a very special show at George Lane, will be The Ska Vendors..
