Stargazing brings together a range of photographic works that guide us towards the stars, the planets and celestial spaces in poetic, experimental, conceptual, and often quite abstract ways.
Touching on photography’s past, while pushing the boundaries of the medium in the present, the artists in this exhibition go beyond literal depictions of the heavens above to investigate the cosmos, as well as such themes as the environment, interconnectedness, time, memory and mortality.
