Round the Outside is a passion project. We all play in other bands but our experience of being in 'kind-of-country' and flat out 'rock-with-hats' bands pushed us together to do the thing properly.
Good old tunes, good old clean-pickin', good old country harmonies. Mostly 50s/60s honky-tonk, but dipping a decade or two either way to take in the best of western swing, countrypolitan, and whatever else tickles our fancy, from Nashville to Bakersfield and beyond. Good-time singing, dancing, and crying in your beer tunes guaranteed.
SICK VISOR ‘Dumb-bum’ single launch @ Bar Open | 5th April
Melbourne indie-punk duo Sick Visor are bringing the party to Bar Open on April 5th to celebrate the release of their new single ‘dumb-bum,’ a punk-pop pick-me-up about self-esteem.
Making an immediate impact with their infectious & vibrant energy, the duo are flipping the script on the emo-alternative playbook, bringing smiles & happy-go-lucky punk to audiences nationwide.
Self-booking their own Aus-wide free entry tour in 2025, the band celebrated the release of their EP ‘Chuck a Sickie,’ playing their sweet & scrappy punk to packed intimate and engaged rooms, before jumping on the VIC leg of the WAAX and Frenzal Rhomb tours.
Sick Visor bring an undeniable energy, with a musical brand that’s fast and fun - this is one night you won’t want to miss! Supported by Grevillea + my dog, satellite + Bloom to Perish
