Rock Academy is a phenomenal school holiday program for teenage musicians. Mentored by professional touring musicians, the teenagers form bands, write songs and put on a show that needs to be seen to be believed.
After a week of songwriting and rehearsal at Rock Academy’s famous holiday workshops, some of Melbourne’s finest teenage musicians will hit the stage to present a range of original and cover songs.
Having been mentored and guided by some of the country’s finest musicians, these young talents are here to show you what they can do!

Kicking things off with a headline show at The Espy with support from local legends Alli Avenue and Rock n Rollers, The Refuge. Mellowtonic have built a reputation over the last year, of playing shows fuelled by adrenaline you will not soon forget. The boys have been hard at work behind the scenes refining their sound and cooking up some very special stuff for you all. This band is seriously one to keep your eye on because if you haven't heard of them yet, you soon will.

Get down and show some support and go home after a sick night having found your new favourite band. See you all there for a boogie and a mosh.
