Saxophonist Richard Pavlidis launches his new album Iconography with James Bowers (piano), Owen Downie (bass) and Ben Charnley (drums).

Expect instrumental, uptempo jazz with modern harmony, inspired by artists such as Chad Lefkowitz-Brown, Michael Brecker and Jamie Oehlers.
Richard’s previous albums Without Within and Origins both received 4 star reviews in The Weekend Australian, and his compositions can be found in the Australian Jazz Real Book. His latest project is both accessible and challenging, creating a style immediately familiar, yet entirely his own.
