After bursting onto the scene in 2017, Pseudo Mind Hive quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with; playing some hundred-odd shows in their first 18 months. Their first full length release ‘From Elsewhere’ showcased a plethora of hypnotic grooves and fuzz-laden riffs that laid the groundwork for much more to follow. After a sold-out album launch and an exhausted supply of 12” records, the group spent the remainder of 2018 captivating audiences up and down the east coast of Australia with their powerful live performances, gaining an international cult following through the sales of their vinyl records, and an impressive history of both domestic and international supporting slows featuring the likes of Samsara Blues Experiment (GER), Earthless (USA), 1000 Mods (GRE), Stonefield and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets.

After adding organ and synthesisers to the band, they focussed their energy on their monstrous sophomore LP ‘Of Seers and Sirens’, celebrating the release with a packed out show at the Northcote Social Club which was recorded and released as ‘Live at the Northcote Social-Distance Club’ in early 2020. Having spent lockdown writing new music to be released later in 2021, Pseudo Mind Hive are kicking off what’s sure to be a massive year with a very special headline show at The Corner Hotel.
