At the start of 2023 Propaine joined the iconoclastic Brisbane label ‘Kitty Records.’ Ever since becoming part of the Kitty family there has been talk of getting the bands together to play a show in the same city. 

Now it’s finally happening…

On Friday December 1st, Propaine hit up the Bergy Bandroom alongside Twine, Doris and Keratin. 

Off the back of their recent single “My God”, Twine have established themselves as Tarndanya/ Adelaide’s, heck even Australia’s, hottest noise-rock band. Like the conductor of an orchestra of rock, lead singer and guitarist Tom, symphonically leads the band along waves of noise, relative quiet and melodic moods.  

Hailing from Gadigal/ Sydney, doris recently put out their debut ep ‘birthday cards’ which creates a world of adolescent longing. Euphoric moments of purpose are interspersed with a perfected haziness. Their live performances perfectly capture a feeling of nostalgia you never knew existed. 

Joining them are Keratin- one of the best skramz acts currently in Melbourne/ Naarm. Allow your heart to rise and fall with the flammable intensity of this firestarter band.
