POLYXENI members Jenny Theologidis and Wayne Simmons performed Greek music together regularly in Melbourne for seven years until January 2018 when Jenny resettled in the US with her family. POLYXENI played many festivals, concerts and regular weekly gigs in the Melbourne Greek community and recorded a CD 'Songs from Greece' in 2014.

They will reunite at the Post Office with regular collaborator Adrian Close on double bass to present a program of contemporary Greek roots tunes. Expect to hear songs from the great composers Nikos Papazoglou, Thanasis Papakonstantinou and Pantelis Thallasinos as well as some original Polyxeni compositions.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to hear Polyxeni play Entechna at the Post Office Hotel in Coburg, Sunday March 24 between 4.30 and 6.30 pm.
