Forged in a share house home-studio somewhere in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs over two years of lockdown, Playlunch is the brainchild and passion project of Liam Bell. Creating a cocktail of late 90s and early 2000s Aussie nostalgia, and taking inspiration from retro dance music icons, Playlunch is pioneering a new flavour of bangers altogether: ‘Bogan Funk’. 

Joining the band on the bill are the Alt-rock octuplet, Late November who are a must-see for fans of saxophones, trumpets, guitars, and songs made to sing your heart out to. After touring Australia and Japan in 2023, the group are itching to get back on the road and bring their energetic live show along with them.
