Udder Ubductees - ULTRA-PASTEURISED PARTY-PUNK outfit.

Hold on to your hats!!

It's a night like any other, all is quiet across the farm. Suddenly, the earth starts to shake. You notice an eerie green glow from the Barn...

Out of the glow lurches Udder Ubductees! They stumble across the lawn towards you, bovine puns pouring from their mouths thick and fast like the fires of hell itself. You can't run, you try to scream but nothing comes out...it's your very worst cheese dreams come to life....with matching hats!

Satin Cali, Wollongong’s coastal rockers with a stadium sound, return in 2023 with a powerful riffed-out single ‘Lights Out’. Combining punchy instrumentation, soaring guitars and rich vocals, their loveable brand of indie-rock is back and better than ever.

“A high energy, riff fueled, no nonsense song about lust and the mutual “no strings attached” relationships we find throughout life. An honest and raw track about holding no judgement towards someone and being able to express yourself fully while enjoying life.” Satin Cali

Taking inspiration from classic Rock ‘n’ Roll, Satin Cali have built a reputation for delivering hard-hitting polished rock that follows in the same vein as Hockey Dad, The Vanns or The Terrys. Their expert songwriting delivers powerful stadium-ready choruses, underpinned by tight instrumentation that is an adrenaline rush from start to finish.

‘Lights Out’ was recorded at iconic south-coast studio The Grove, where they collaborated with esteemed producer and mixing engineer Jack Nigro (DMA’s, Skegss, Julia Jacklin, Middle Kids) rounding out this power team was mastering by George Georgiadis (The Vanns, Matt Corby, Babe Rainbow).

Their previous single ‘One of These Days’ brought the band to a wider audience, capturing the attention of industry and media alike. Marked as a high-priority release from Apple Music, they subsequently scored support and high praise from Radio Adelaide, 4ZZZ, Rebel FM, triple j Unearthed, Three D Radio, 97.9FM, Inner Fm, Mountain District Radio and more.

Featured in Spotify editorial playlists such as Local Noise, Alt Now, All New Rock and more, this in combination with their powerful live show and presence has brought their total streams across DSP sitting at 360k+.

In the time that they’ve been slinging their open-air rock to Australia, Satin Cali have carved out a dedicated fan base with their ability to capture the spirit of what it means to be young, alive and making music. They have a string of sold-out headline shows under their belt that include three headline UniBar (Wollongong) shows, a headline North Gong Hotel show, and The Leadbeater Hotel (Melbourne) to name a few. In addition to this, they’ve secured main support slots to the largely sold-out The Terrys ‘Terrysonic Mixtape’ National tour as well as The Debbies, Baker’s Eddy, The Terrys and Highline.

This latest release sets the stage for a powerful and moving EP that showcases Satin Cali at their prime.

“A song we feel most of the world can relate to and one that showcases a more experimental, mature sound we hope this whole EP conveys. We can not wait for everyone to hear this track and fall in love with it as much as we have. ‘Lights out’ is guaranteed to leave you feeling energised.” Satin Cali
