Noria and her band “les Parigots” return with a beautiful night of Parisian street music, including a tribute to the great Edith Piaf.
It's a vibrant and fun trip to “la Ville des Lumières” without the jet-lag, showcasing the passion, vitality and style of one of the great epochs of modern music.
Noria brings you classics such as “La Vie en rose” and “Non, je ne regrette rien” along with some buried gems from Piaf’s songbook, as well as the music of the gypsy jazz masters that still light up Paris from the Champs-Élysées to the back streets of Belleville. There’s also a nod and wink at some marvellous modern chansons that are sure to become staples in the Great French Songbook.
Noria has performed in clubs through the length and breadth of France, Canada and New York and is now based in Melbourne … so get your seats early; it’s always sold out well before the band hits the stage.
