MICK PEALING AND NICK CHARLES WITH THE LONG ROAD HOME

Mick Pealing, widely regarded as one of Australia’s finest voices and known as the signature vocalist of the iconic band Stars, has once again joined forces with Nick Charles, Australia’s virtuoso of acoustic roots guitar. Together, they present remarkable arrangements of classic and original works spanning country, blues, and soul genres.

Returning to The Lomond after a long, storied history of varied musical iterations, a group of family and friends with a deep love for folk, country and bluegrass come together for a show on the 8th of March.

Ken Maher of Merri Creak, The Colonials, Rebels without a Clue and countless others will be performing a selection of songs with nephew Johnny Wilson and son Rory Maher. Accompanied by the virtuosic piano playing of Tony Hargreaves, this is a gig about collaboration and community.

Come down at 5pm on the 8th of March and listen to a variety of covers and original songs, with special guests stepping in to add their personal touch for select songs.
