This event takes place on the stolen lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. Sovereignty has not been ceded. We pay our respects to First Nations elders, past, present and emerging. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
We come together on May 2nd, a Saturday afternoon, at the beloved Tramway Hotel to sing and dance and sell our artistic wares and baked goods and raise some money for our friend Sibu!
Sibu is a non-binary person of colour and social worker, dealing with unexpected immigration fees from a bureaucratic error on their visa application. They are now having to pay thousands in legal and visa fees to avoid having to leave the country and their partner within 35 days.
We will have rock music, an art sale and a bake sale. Tickets $5-$50 (sliding scale), First Nations tickets free. Show starts at 3:30pm. Come down!
