One of Melbourne's rising-stars, drummer Miles Henry leads an all star trio, which will feature an assortment original music, and some modern re-interpretations of jazz standards. Miles has already established a reputation for being a versatile drummer having worked with Australian jazz icons such as Paul Grabowsky, Robert Burke, Paul Williamson (trumpet) to Kate Ceberano, acid jazz band CLAPS, and disco/house band HONEY.

The Trio features the masterful New Zealand native pianist Matt Steele (National Lewis Eady Emerging Artists Series Winner 2013) and renowned Melbourne bassist Angus Radley.

Tonight will be a celebration of deep grooves, cutting-edge music and a grateful acknowledgement of greats in Australia and overseas.
