MEG CORSON & ERIC BUDD feature with JMQ Jazz Ensemble on NOV 28 at 7pm at Water Rat Hotel, 256 Moray St, South Melbourne.

MEG CORSON is a Jazz singer, who has worked professionally since 1990. With her vocals, she communicates the heart and soul of a song and creates a musical experience that is set apart from the rest. She was a founding member of the ARIA Award winning acapello group, 'The Idea of North' and wrote and arranged for that group as well as being involved with a gospel choir and acting in theatre, musical and voiceovers. As well as performing internationally, she has recorded and performed with such artists as James Morrison, Don Burrows, Vince Jones, Guy Sebastian and Hugh Jackman. We are delighted to again present her wonderful talent with JMQ Jazz Ensemble at the Water Rat Hotel. ERIC BUDD has been a regular player with JM bands for many years. He is a very fine multi-instrumentalist, playing Brass and Woodwind, with his primary instrument being Jazz Trombone. He is in demand by many bands and can play most genres to an expert level and is also a Music Educator. He is always an marvellous addition to the JMQ bandstand, which includes Michael Harding, Tom Lee, Hugh Harvey & John Montesante. An experience not to be missed! Table Bookings: 96861980.
