After several years out of action, Mayumi Mullins is gracing the stage of Coburg RSL on Sunday January 22 in the afternoon to launch her album “The Kingdom of Water, Windmills and Happiness”, supported by Damen Samuel and Liam Hyland. She will play an intimate set, unsupported as a solo singer on nylon string guitar. Her new songs are fresh and imbued with great optimism and a positive outlook, with fairy tale like lyrical themes. Damen Samuel has also been working on new music, and Liam will bring his unusual and unique style to the afternoon.
Music starts at 2pm on the dot. Mayumi plays last, at 4pm.
Mayumi's new album will be for sale as CDs for $10 (includes a lyric sheet) and posters of Mayumi for $2.
