A collision point between surf, punk and lyrical candour, CRUMBE is a Melbourne-based four-piece with a well-loved sound and whole lot of heart.
Lead singer, guitarist and songwritier Connie Ogan formed Crumbe in 2018, together with bassist and singer Kurt Mottershead and eventually adding drummer, Scotty Bairdle and Owen Eales on Lead Guitar.
Like a well oiled machine, the four bring to life Connie’s twangy, love washed tunes delivering a sound that dances on the fringes of Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell and PJ Harvey with a raw B52’s style grove and a healthy does of the post punk grit that has characterised Melbourne’s live scene for the past decade.
