LUNA is turning 3!!! 🎂🎂🎂 Come celebrate us with a night of juicy b2b’s from the angels behind Naarm’s most ICONIC queer parties <3 It’s been a fabulous 3 years of otherworldly Blessings bestowed on us by an inspiring range of selectors, local and international superstars a many! And so we couldn't think of a more beautiful way to celebrate this milestone than with founders of fellow queer lead parties; Dutty + Umami, Fluxx and Confide, an acknowledgement of the uplifting community spirit we have in our midst, all doing so much to create beautiful safe and heavenly spaces for us 💗🔮
The first of our sexy pairings features the overall Mother and co-founder of House of Silky, Ballroom Australia’s resident DJ and co-founder of Dutty, the vibrant force, Mirasia. A community leader with global resonance, Mirasia’s sets are magnetic and rapturous. Alongside Mirasia, is one of the brilliant minds behind the Umami parties, Stev Zar. Flowing with her mood, Stev Zar’s sets are a fierce blend of bass-heavy club, frenetic percussion, experimental electro and southside rap classics to create something chaotic yet atmospheric.
Next we have two of Naarm’s most-loved sweethearts, the angels behind the Fluxx Club parties, House Mum and Yollks. Both equal forces to be reckoned with on the decks, this dreamy pair have been fostering safe and inclusive spaces in Naarm, and creating joyous experiences for their community for five years. We can’t wait to have these two treat us to their high-energy bliss on the 23rd!
Also joining our celebration are the incredible brains behind the legendary Confide parties, Jesse DM and Simonetti. Known for their party-starting prowess as DJs, this pair are no strangers to heating up the Gaso dancefloor. After their massive Queer Summer Sunday Series, we can’t wait to let off some steam with this iconic duo at the helm in just a few weeks.
Lastly, Luna Blessings residents DJ Luv You and Hannah D will be closing out the birthday party with a loving, euphoric celebration <3
