The Lim Portrait Concert is a unique opportunity to experience the performance of a program of large works created by one of Australia’s most highly regarded contemporary classical music composers, Liza Lim, and performed by musicians from the respected Arcko Symphonic Ensemble and the Melbourne Conservatorium Of Music. Liza Lim is an extremely accomplished Australian composer, having been performed and commissioned by the world’s leading orchestras and ensembles. However, while she has been fêted internationally, she has yet to enjoy the elevated Australian profile that her accomplishments demand.
