Kristin Berardi is an award-winning creative musician, composer and educator and one of Australia’s finest jazz exports. This performance sees Berardi pairing up with the Paul Williamson Quartet to play originals by Berardi and Williamson. In addition to Berardi and Williamson (trumpet), the band features acclaimed and innovative collaborators Andrea Keller (piano), Helen Svoboda (double bass), and Dylan van der Schyff (drums).

Originally from QLD Australia, Berardi is now residing in Switzerland where she is on staff at HSLU, in Luzern (2021). Recipient of The Churchill Fellowship 2020, Berardi has performed in the Closing Ceremony of The Commonwealth Games 2018; supported Al Jarreau and George Benson; and performed at Sydney Opera House and Hamer Hall in JONI:Both Sides Now. Highly accomplished she has received an ARIA Nomination; won the Montreux Jazz Festival’s International Jazz Vocal Competition in 2006; The National Jazz Award, 2012, National Bell Award for The Best Jazz Vocal album, 2010, 2013, 2016 and is the only vocalists to have

received the National Freedman Fellowship.
