Kite Vendor is a 4-piece from Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, inspired by atmospheric guitar artists DIIV, The Cure, Beach Fossils & Slowdive.

Conceived as a lockdown bedroom project, and only recently forming as a full band, Kite Vendor serves as a coping mechanism for adolescent aimlessness, drowning out the confusion with lush, intermingling guitars and ornate rhythm.

Kite Vendor is Noah Sole (guitar), James Noonan (drums) and brothers Kyle & Jake Brown (guitar & bass respectively).

Cari Scharl, a solo indie/electronic act, will open the evening at 8:30 with eclectic beat and melody accompanying dreamy vocals. Kite Vendor will take the floor at 9:30 with their spacey guitars and pulsating rhythm.
