Jules Boult is an award-winning singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and international recording artist.

A universally admired blues and jazz entertainer - his music remains true to the blues tradition - and his effortless demeanour, humour and performance style has been closely linked with that of the genre’s legendary predecessors.

Jules’ musical career has taken him across Australia, the North America and Europe. Since 2011 he has released five albums to critical acclaim and been awarded a coveted Australian Blues Music Award. In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, Jules toured the US, from New Orleans to New York via the Mississippi delta, performing & recording with a gentry of musicians from Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Galactic, to Terry “Harmonica” Bean and The Oakridge Boys.

In a very special performance, Jules will present and muse about the songs of blues icon Taj Mahal, on a musical journey that captures the broad canvas of roots music in Taj’s catalog.
