Jude Perl is a multi-award winning singer, songwriter, musician and comedian based in Melbourne. She has created a name for herself with her formidable songwriting, masterful vocals and honest and unique stage presence, straddling the worlds of jazz, pop, comedy, theatre and playful psycho-analysis. To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the release of her debut album Modern Times, Jude will be joined with her incredible band to perform the entire album from start to finish. Jude has written and performed 7 solo comedy shows, winning 3 Green Room Awards for Best Original Songs. Her 5th show I Have A Face won her a 4th Green Room Award for Cabaret Artiste as well as Best Cabaret at Melbourne Fringe 2018. In 2022 Jude won Best Music at Melbourne Fringe for her experimental, unscripted hybrid show Jude Perl: Live Stream In Person (Live!). In 2024 Jude created, wrote and starred in her debut musical Share House at Arts Centre Melbourne. The show featured a 15 -piece orchestra and sold out every show. The show has since won 4 Green Room Awards (Best New Writing, Best Lead Performer: Jude Perl, Best Music Direction: Brendan Tsui, and Best Production). Jude’s TV credits include The Melbourne Comedy Festival Gala, Spicks and Specks, and Aunty Donna’s Coffee Cafe. She has independently produced and released her own web series SugarHope Records, as well as 5 albums, 3 EPs and multiple singles and music videos.
