After years of heckling each other from across rehearsal rooms, bandstands, and bar stools, they’ve finally decided to put their money where their mouth is. JAZZALENKO brings together three of Australia’s most dynamic “young” horn players in a bold new project that looks to combine their collective writing and improvising styles. Backed by a ripper rhythm section, the band blurs the lines between tradition and innovation.
