Izzy Rodin launches his album Lift! with three special shows at Wax Music Lounge on September 14, 21 and 28. Having assembled a nine-piece band of wonders, this flamboyant and captivating show features swathes of latin percussion, dense vocal arrangements and quirky guitars and synthesizers. Lift! is a collection of songs spanning bossa nova, psychedelica, folk and hip hop - a curious collision of sounds gathered from near and far, old and new. Each week will showcase an eclectic local opening act, selected from the ocean of wonder that is Melbourne's music scene. These will likely be the band's only performances for 2025; don't miss out!
