The Manchester born DJ, Producer and ATW Records label co-head, Interplanetary Criminal has led the way for the resurgence of UK Garage sweeping clubs and festival stages alike this year and is ready to bring his unique boisterous sound to Max Watts on Saturday 25th November.
Debuting in 2016, IPC has steadily cultivated his signature bouncy UKG sound through releases on Time Is Now, Shall Not Fade, Hot Haus and of course his own ATW Records with Main Phase. Paying homage to the UK icons who came before, his inescapable #1 single B.O.T.A in collaboration with Eliza Rose defined 2022, following that up with club weapons like 100% and Gangster Time has only solidified his status as one of the pioneers leading this UKG wave.
In town for the instant sellout Boiler Room: Sydney and coming off the back of his own standout AVA Boiler Room Set, expect the same combo of high energy club weapons, crowd pleasers and head-turning bass (and maybe even some donk) he’s been delivering worldwide.
On a stacked support bill IPC will be joined by Crybaby, the naarm-based tastemaker known for her undeniably energetic sets bringing together Global Club, Hip Hop, Techno and everything in between as well as Club Angel, AUS’s very own don of speedy G and all things breaks fresh off a sold-out headline tour and standout Pitch set. Completing the bill we have C00kie and isGwan, two up and coming naarm UKG champions.
