horse (Awabakal country) return to Naarm for the first time this year, playing alongside local acts Wishlist and Private Mountain at the Bergy Bandroom this March. 'horse', who have been described as midwest shoegaze, blend ambient textures with raw intensity to create an energetic and captivating live performance which packed out two shows in Melbourne late last year at Old Bar and The Tote. 

Forming just over a year ago, 'horse' had a huge 2025, playing shows at BIGSOUND (Brisbane), triple j's 50th Birthday Tour (Newcastle), Liberty Hall supporting Radio Free Alice (Sydney) and hitting 100k streams on their second single, 'Headlights'. They will be travelling to Melbourne off the back of the release of their third single, 'The Gap', which came out at the end of February, and will be playing plenty more unreleased songs which will come out later this year.
