The Wandering Room invites you to celebrate the ninth instalment in our ‘Paired’ exhibition series.
In 'Holding Pattern with Confetti', Nataša Čordašić and Linda Studená investigate ideas of relationality, identity and belonging through their shared Central/Eastern European heritage and distinct focus on passionfruit and cabbage. This exhibition emerges from discussion, collaboration, material experimentation, and guidance of more-than human relatives, to playfully explore propositions around agency and coexistence.
'Paired' is a series of curated exhibitions pairing two Naarm / Melbourne based artists. The paired practitioners may choose to collaborate in some way or simply exhibit side by side.
Saturday 1 March 6-8pm (opening night)
Sunday 2 March 11am-2pm (final viewing)
The Wandering Room is at 208 Victoria St Brunswick.
