Multiple-Grammy Nominated group, Hiatus Kaiyote are back for three exclusive not to be missed performances taking place in May 2019.
In the 2 years since selling out The Sydney Opera House, Hiatus Kaiyote have become one of the most sampled bands in the world. Featuring on the closing track on Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Damn’ and the opening of Drake’s ‘More Life’ record last year and have popped up on cuts by Chance The Rapper, Anderson Paak, The Carters (Jay-Z & Beyonce) and Rhapsody.
After a much needed break from back to back touring and album releases, the Melbourne-based four piece is back and have been fast at work for the past year on their hotly anticipated third album. Fate took a difficult turn this past October when Nai Palm got an unexpected diagnosis of breast cancer, but it only brought the band closer together as she battled her illness gallantly and fearlessly into remission.
With that said, the band has chosen to play a select few shows at home to show some love for all the fans who have showed unwavering support and love for the them, as they continue put the finishing touches on their new album and prepare to tour the world in 2020 and beyond.
