Things are heating up in the saddle again at Muster with local firestarters Hackitt & Npcede gracing the stage for a night of goth, industrial & experimental punk.
Hackitt are a Naarm based post goth/industrial outfit originally started as a recording project by Jack Pogson in late 2018. Since then the project has morphed through various live iterations towards an enigmatic live band with members of Dr. Sures Unusual Practice, Polish, Hannah Kate Band and Propaine.
Since launching their 2021 release “Departures” Hackitt has gone on to play with local scene heavy weights such as Batpiss, Pinch Points, Dark Water, ENOLA, Screensaver and more. Their latest single release “Formless” sees the addition of live drums to their ever evolving live set melding industrial electronics and synthesizers with punk songwriting and performance.
Npcede are a new experimental punk group, whose sound draws from industrial, electronic, hip-hop and folk.
Bodies Of Divine Infinite and Eternal Spirit is currently a collaboration between Ruby Stoney, Alexander Thomas and Daniel Ward. They explore sound and movement. “...angels; performing spaces transform themselves into heaven; and composers express the hope that their music will arouse in listeners and performers the desire of hearing the choirs of angels in the life to come.
