Riot Girl: Grrls to the Front is a raw, high‑energy live music night at Singing Bird Studios, dedicated to female‑focused youth bands and artists, while welcoming people of all genders and all ages.

Featuring five killer youth bands

Penalty, Miss Communication, Hail Mary Jane, Nymph Spit, and Funky Town Fish,

the night brings heavy riffs, pounding beats, and unapologetic attitude, pushing women and gender‑diverse artists to the front of the stage and the centre of the chaos.

Presented by the Fresh Frankston Amplify Committee, this all‑ages event is designed to create space for young artists to be loud, bold, and fearless, while challenging the norms of who gets seen and heard in heavy music spaces.

With supervision from Frankston Youth Services and accredited security on site, this is a drug‑, alcohol‑, and smoke‑free gig, creating a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can thrash, scream, and support emerging talent.
