The Grand Baxter story began in mid-2017 as a welcome distraction from touring for for singer-songwriter Ben Langdon. Their songs dance between the lyrically intense and the playfully pretty, watermarked with a musicality and intent driven by their individual jazz, rock and country influences. Inspired by artists such as James Taylor, David Ramirez and Dawes, Grand Baxter are best described as 'a bold hamper of charisma, musicality and Americana charm.'
