George O’Hara (aka Fluxofhumor) is a Footscray based musician and poet who lives in a techno lair of screens and machines that flash and bleep at his infernal will. George is one half of The Temporary Adults and one third of Temporary Adults, whilst also planning for a variety of apocalypses that he will explain if you ask. He cooks too; bakes, even.
Steve Smart is aiming for a multi-disciplinary art practice, blending poetry and song performance with video, visual art, electronic music and soundscape, eccentric fashion/costume choices, and some odd little sculptures. Mostly he’s known best for the poetry side of that equation, but creativity as a whole is really the reason he gets out of bed. In 2023 he released the album ‘Not even a cup of tea - or Smarty sings weird songs’ which is available on his Bandcamp page. His main project for 2024 has been ‘Theatre of Unapologetic Sparkles’ which he wrote and performed with Es Foong and George O’Hara as part of La Mama Explorations 2024.”
