When Pigs Fly & Crown Ruler present: Eddie Chacon (US) & John Carrol Kirby’s (US) album launch at the Night Cat on Friday March 31st. 

Eddie Chacon and John Carrol Kirby are equally revered LA-based artists who have each left their soulful marks on the world of music.

The former is an R&B legend who was popularised with grace to his 90’s duo Charles and Eddie, while the latter has 6 LPs up his sleeve, a soundtrack for animated feature film Cryptozoo and credits collaborating with iconic artists including Solange and Frank Ocean.

Together, the duo combine their independent, indelible musical forces into an explosion of deep groove, leading to Chacon’s musical return (after some decades pause) with ‘Pleasure, Joy and Happiness’ in 2020. Coincidentally, the pair also inject these feelings into the attendees of every stage they bless. 

Joining them on the night are live acts Kuzich & Grace Ferguson, and DJs Mike Guernica & DJ Shio.
