Local boys Dear Thieves and their Gold Coast brothers CAKES are gearing up to release a split 7”, a collaborative culmination of two-piece Alt-Rock & Post Punk in all its glory.

After a busy 2023 of single releases and gallivanting up and down the East Coast with their leg-breaking live shows, boasting hooks so barbed you’ll think Captain Ahab was ghost writing and heavies too dense for even Neil deGrasse to wrap his noodle around, both parties are juiced up and raring to round out the year with a big ol’ hoedown at Melbourne's favourite dive, The Tote, on Friday 15th of December.

They’ll be joined on the night by local sweethearts Stone Witches & Alex Elbery to get things cooking.
