Cosmic Country at The Curtin brings the spirit of the American South to Melbourne. The Faraday Memorandum lead the bill, fronted by North Carolina native Doug Widner and backed by players from legendary Melbourne acts including The Merri Creek Pickers, Immigrant Union, Masco Sound System and Courtney Barnett.

They’re joined by Team Love, known for their mix of alt-country, folk and pop, and Acid Arrow, whose sound leans into outlaw country and more atmospheric territory. 

Together, the three bands cover a wide range of styles across the genre, from straight country through to its outer edges.
