Chase City formed in 2013 and played an energetic take on the surf pop movement that was around in the early 2010's. The band was unearthed by JJJ and opened Falls Festival and have since toured Australia 7 times supporting the likes of Sticky Fingers, Gang Of Youths, Dune Rats, Northeast Party House, Yacht Club DJ's, Jinja Safari, Asta & many others.

In the last 18 months, Chase City have revamped and moved towards a DFA inspired dance punk sound. The music is synth heavy with lots of electronic elements however maintains a raw and punk edged sound. New single "A-N-X-T" is a high octane track which is about our current state in politics and the disconnect felt from all sides to the divide apparent in our society.

The band is releasing their debut album on the 3rd of July and are touring Europe(Jul-Oct) then back home to Australia in November.
