Category 3 is a newly formed Melbourne jazz rock trio consisting of Anthony Farrugia on bass/guitar, Dom Stitt on drums and David Tomisich on keyboards. Inspired by the likes of Herbie Hancock, Rubén Blades and Steely Dan, their music fuses jazz harmonies with gritty funk grooves and melodies. Being multi instrumentalists, David, Anthony and Dom bring a wholesome approach to their music, whether it’s originals or covers.
