Cam Butler is a Melbourne guitarist and composer who has been active for many years in the Australian live and recording scene. He has released eleven solo instrumental albums which vary in style from guitar and synthetic-based soundscapes, to works with string ensembles, both large and small. 

His singular guitar tone has been a feature of all his solo projects and of his work as a sideman, most recently with the late Ron S. Peno and his band The Superstitions. Now performing as a solo guitarist, Cam has further enhanced his lush Les Paul tone with fuzz, distortion, reverbs and live looping, enabling him to conjure complex and beautifully captivating orchestral-like guitar webs of sound.
