Bottom of the Barrel is a talent and gig economy solutions agency mainly servicing the music industry and aiming to provide a platform for creatives to strive by taking care of tasks like administration, bookings, management, PR, campaign & tour planning, debt collection, artwork and more. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap!
On Saturday 1st November 2025, Bottom of the Barrel presents its third instalment showcasing the exceptional talent this city entails.
Headlining Bottom of the Barrel Presents #3 is none other than notorious one-man-party-finger-picking-guitar-God-band Bob Log III! Requiring no introduction, Log has an esteemed body of work, sailed the seven years through decades of touring, and an explosive stage show set to impress punters. Filled with antics and party activities, combined with extraordinary talent and intricate musical ability, style & skill, Log’s set will leave you stunned and pinching yourself… AGAIN!
The main support slot will be occupied by indie rockers The Early Morning Syndrome who have seamlessly transitioned into Naarm’s infamous music scene like a fish to water. The Early Morning Syndrome blend cutting riffs, punchy lead lines and driving rhythms into a sound that echoes 90s slackers like Pavement, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Pixies.
Easing you into the afternoon, in one of their debut gigs, is Pussy Horse. A gritty 2-piece from hell, Pussy Horse unleash their brand of ugly, loud, swamp rock n roll, resonating origins of the genre rooted deeply locally in Scientists and the Birthday Party while mixing it with elements of international styles of Souxsie & the Banshees or the Cramps.
Doors 3pm.
