B. Phillip are playing their first show of the year, with supporting acts Ezra Hem and Prickle.

B.Phillip blends folk, jazz and hip-hop to bring to life musical ideas that explore politics, the natural environment and sometimes, fantasy worlds. The music is played using guitar, drums, bass guitar, keys and two sets of beautiful vocal folds. With the music changing regularly throughout the set, B.Phillip attempts to keep the soundscape fluid and surprising.

In a forest not far from Melbourne, an idea was born. To start a folk pop duo that would be equal parts fun as it was depressing. Songs about mountains and streams, and sharks and everywhere in between. They are Ezra Hem.
