Headliners aplegate are a 5-piece improvised psychedelic rock band from Castlemaine, based in Naarm/Melbourne. Live performances manifest as a continual fluid set. At home in a bush doof, or, on a big stage, aplegate specialise in live improvisation, feeding from the energy of the crowd, interwoven with songs and arrangements that are melodic and moving.
