It’s been a long time coming for those watching Anita Lester quietly and gracefully making a mark in music and art over the last 20 years, but now her debut album 'The Clown' is being released on

March 31st, 2023.

The multidisciplinary artist from Melbourne, Australia is not only is a musician, but is an award winning painter, film maker, poet and illustrator.

Following the first three singles ’Sacred Heart’, 'Earthly Desire' and ‘Jukebox', her soon to be released album tells stories about the death of a dream, written when the world stood still.

Produced by Gideon Preiss (Husky), it bows its head to her heroes, Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Carole King and Kate Bush.
