Abiy Sahle & The Peace Band is a vibrant Melbourne-based musical group led by Ethiopian saxophonist Abiy Sahle that blends traditional Ethiopian scales and rhythms with jazz, funk, reggae, and Afro-beat, creating uplifting Ethio-Jazz music often inspired by a desire for peace, exemplified by their album "The Peace Tune". The band features original instrumental compositions, sometimes with guest vocalists like Christina Asres, delivering energetic live performances that showcase unique sounds from Ethiopia.

Firetail's music spans from 70’s jazz-fusion, South Indian Carnatic music and their very own brand of jazz-tronica. Since 2018 Firetail has been blending soul-infused rhythms with evocative melodies and driving percussion. Firetail's unique sound is further enriched by collaborations with diverse disciplinary artists, weaving a tapestry of musical unity that transcends borders.
