The evening will also honour some of the iconic duets originally recorded with the great Roberta Flack, where Michaela will be joined by some very special guests.

Grammy award-winning Chicago native Donny Hathaway is undoubtedly one of the most influential champions of soul music with his rich, unmistakable tone, masterful musicianship and powerfully emotive performances. Some of his most notable original releases include The Ghetto, Someday We’ll All Be Free, and This Christmas, and many of the renditions he covered and released also earned him a great deal of success throughout his career, including Jealous Guy, A Song For You and You’ve Got A Friend. Donny’s influence on Michaela’s vocal artistry is evident as she soars with her powerful, soulful voice and deeply connects with her audience with gripping live performances.
